for Resort Life Travel

Please review the booking, ticketing, payment, and travel conditions carefully before using our services. These terms are designed to help travelers understand their responsibilities and important airline-related policies.

The following terms and conditions apply to bookings, ticket issuance, payment processing, airline-related changes, and passenger responsibilities made through Resort Life Travel Pvt Ltd.

All customers are advised to read these conditions carefully before confirming any reservation or purchasing any travel service through our website or partner channels.

General Booking Conditions

  1. All Guests, including children and infants, must present valid identification at check-in.
  2. Check-in begins 2 hours prior to the flight for seat assignment and closes 45 minutes before the scheduled departure.
  3. Carriage and other services provided by the carrier are subject to the airline’s own conditions of carriage, which are incorporated by reference and may be obtained directly from the issuing carrier.
  4. In case of cancellations less than 6 hours before departure, passengers must cancel directly with the airline. We are not responsible for any losses if the request is received less than 6 hours before departure.
  5. Please contact the airline directly for terminal-related queries.
  6. Free baggage allowance for economy class checked-in baggage is 15 kg, unless otherwise stated by the airline.
  7. Partial cancellations are not allowed for round-trip fares.
  8. Any reservation changes may result in the applicable amendment fee plus any fare difference between the original booking and the revised ticket.
  9. For bookings made through a Go channel partner, refunds must be collected from the respective Go channel.
  10. No-show refunds must be collected within 15 days from the departure date.
  11. If the basic fare is lower than the cancellation charges, only statutory taxes will be refunded.
  12. We are not responsible for any flight delay or cancellation initiated by the airline.
  13. Passengers are advised to contact the airline at least 24 hours before departure to reconfirm flight details using the airline PNR number.
  14. If payment is made by electronic card, the cardholder will be redirected to the Maldives Payment Gateway of the Bank of Maldives to enter the card details securely. Resort Life Travel does not see, capture, or store credit or debit card information. All communication with the payment gateway is encrypted via TLS/SSL.
  15. All customers or cardholders will receive a transaction confirmation by email after purchasing any product or service. We recommend retaining a copy of these transaction details for future reference.
  16. Credit and debit card payments are processed by the BML Secure Payment Gateway. Resort Life Travel does not collect or store card information. Cardholders should retain proof of online purchase for their own records.
  17. Note: We act as a travel agent, and all reservations made through our website are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airlines. All modifications, cancellations, and refunds for airline tickets shall strictly follow the concerned airline’s policy, and we disclaim liability in connection with such airline-controlled procedures.
Important: Airline policies may change without prior notice. Travelers are strongly encouraged to check their ticket rules, baggage policy, cancellation terms, and reconfirmed departure details directly with the operating airline before travel.
